EVENT DETAILS

Mobility is transforming how we live and work. Today’s IT organizations are challenged to provide greater mobile access for their employees, while at the same time ensuring the right level of security to prevent unauthorized access to corporate networks and data. With employees becoming more mobile and expected to be productive at all times, the ability to provide anywhere access is becoming increasingly difficult.

This webinar will guide you through setting up agent settings, software packages and review some troubleshooting steps. This training will assume you have covered the basic setup for core and enrolled agents so we can review getting your MDM environment fully setup.

Key topics to be explored include:

  • Agent settings review and distribution
  • Software package review and distribution
  • Review logs on core and client
  • Troubleshooting steps

EVENT DETAILS

Today’s patch process is evolving in many ways. Patch technology is changing, and Security and IT Operations are converging.

In this webinar, we’ll start by diving into the initial patch planning process, taking a look at the systems to consider, the people you need to work with, and of course the patches that are available. We’ll move on to setting up your patch system to access the content and patches you need to make this all work. Configuring your patch system to work with your business operations is the key to success, and we’ll show you how to make that happen.

And, finally, we’ll wrap up with some of the latest patch trends we are seeing and how we are adapting our products so you can ‘ride the wave’ of added value.

Key topics to be explored include:

  • Planning to patch (what do I need to know)
  • Vendor patch models (Windows as a service)
  • Setting up a patch system (how do patches work)
  • Customizing for your environment (supporting business operations)
  • Patch operations (smooth running, repeatable process)
  • Latest trends (APIs and vulnerability scans)
