The panel of judges for the award consider criteria which includes usability, design and navigation and community engagement. I am really pleased that the efforts of so many people to make the community a great place to visit has been recognised! My special thanks goes to the support team members who have been focussed on writing and editing content plus the many people who help each other out on the community forums every day.
There are still some areas where we know we can further improve, and as always we have some plans for future development which will focus on addressing these. The work is never over! We hope to be able to share some news with you about these improvements to the site in the coming weeks.
