From Saturday 1st October we have made some changes to the way in which you access our support systems.  As a result, you will not be able to login to our online support systems (community and portal) until you follow the instructions below.

 

  • You must now login using your registered email address* as your username.
  • Please reset your password once using the "Forgot Your Password" link.

 

*The email address to use is the one which the support team contact you on.  You may have decided to get community communications to a different email address but this doesn't form your login username.

Ivanti online support has been named as one of this year’s “Top Ten Best Support Sites” by The Association of Support Professionals (ASP) for the third consecutive year!  Although we've won before, this is the first time that we've won since our branding change from LANDESK to Ivanti community.

 

The top ten winners were selected by a panel of judges with years of experience in web support design and implementation. This group used a scoring system of 25 performance criteria to evaluate candidates and identify the award recipients. The top ten winners were selected by a panel of 90 judges with years of experience in web support design and implementation. This group used a scoring system of 25 performance criteria to evaluate candidates and identify the award recipients.
