    The following video covers how to use place holders for reminders and assignments.  They allow you to customize the notifications sent to include information from the incident, notes etc..

     

    The purpose of placeholders are to translate attribute names into the data associated with it.

     

    The example given in this video covers adding placeholders from a note to a reminder.

     

    Place holders used in this video.

    {Id} = The Incident reference number.

    {Title} = The incident title or summary.

    {Notes/Text} = The text or description for a note.
