NMS Integration creates Incidents with Device: xxxxx not found in database in the description.

Version 1

NMS Integration is creating ne Incidents but puts 'Device: not found in database' in the description.

In NetworkManager Configuration in Console Administration, New Incident Mappings, whatever attribute is mapped to the Incident Configuration Item, is used to lookup the Configuration Item to attach to the Incident. In this case the Agent Address was mapped to CI so was looking for a CI with that Title.  If the CI can be found the CI on the Incident will be populated and this message is not added to the description.

The Label attribute from the NMS source would probably be a better attribute to match to CIs rather than Agent Address.

If no attribute is mapped to Incident Configuration Item, then 'Device not found in database' is still added to the Incident description.
