Mail being read, but not processed by console

    Mail is being read by mail manager in from the mail box that service desk is pointed to, but the no new incidents or updates are being logged?




    One possible reason - check that mail manager (inbound and outbound services) are not running on your test system that points to the same mail box, if so, the the test system could be reading the emails and processing them, making it look like they are being read and not processed on the live system.
