    For customers who are looking to troubleshoot the LANDesk Management Suite client for Macintosh OSX, view the following log file.


    Click Go -> Computer and browse to the following location:


    Library -> Application Support -> LANDesk


    There will be multiple LANDesk.log files. Please review the latest one.


    This log along with the system log can provide in depth information regarding the LANDesk client.This will also be helpful to send to support if you choose to open up a case.
