Analysts unable to right click Configuration Item and get the LANDesk Remote options in Console

    SA can rightclick on a Configuration Item on the Incident window and get the LANDesk Remote options up but I cannot make any other User being able to right click without being an Administrator




    First you need to set the Desktop Management Privilege for the Role or Group that you want to be able to access the right click option.

    You will find there here:


    "Configuration Components - Configuration - Desktop Management"


    Then you will also need to set this privilege:


    'Read' Privilege for "Context Menu Item" under: "Modules - User Interface - Non Process Related Objects"


    When this is set, please do an IISReset and restart Console to activate the change.
