Error: Message regarding verification data popping up on Core Server

    The following pop-up may appear on the Core Server

     

    "The software may become inoperative until you provide LANDESK with the verification data"

     

    This message simply means that you need to reactivate your core server.

     

    In order to reactivate your core server do the following on the core server:

     

    1. Click Start --> All Programs --> LANDesk --> Core Server Activation
    2. Click the "Activate" button within the Activate LANDesk Core Server utility.

     

    If this finishes successfully that is all you have to do.

     

    On a periodic basis LANDESK software verifies that the number of nodes and/or consoles you are using and that this number does not exceed the number of Nodes and/or Consoles that you have licensed.

     

    If you do not reactivate prior to the verification grace period experation, the software may become inoperative until you provide LANDESK with the verification data (through reactivating).
