My users don't see the Mobile Web Desk when using a mobile device (they see normal Web Desk)

    There are two ways in which you can direct your analysts to the right type of client for the device they are using:


    1. Create a new instance of web access and set the configuration files for this instance to always show the Mobile Web Desk client.  Your users are told to use this new instance of web access when they are on a mobile device only.  This is appropriate if perhaps you have users connecting with any number of devices which they change frequently and which you have no control over.  The attached document gives advice on how to do this.
    2. Point your users to the existing instance of web access.  If they are not immediately recognised as using a mobile device this is because their device is not in the list of known mobile devices and this can be added in when on the device.  The attached document gives advice on how to do this.
