    Problem

    In the event log, Touchpaper Services Background is generating the error message below:

    The escalation Point Processing task failed with the following error message: Background processing error: Escalation Point expiry action failed for escalation point of class type “IncidentManagement.EscalationPoint with primary key “xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx””. Invalid Path: ClassType IncidentManagement.Incident does not contain Attribute title.

     

    Cause

    This is caused by a incorrect placeholder that either does not exist or is incorrect typed (placeholders are case sensitive).  So if you look at the error message, the last part gives the clue where the issue is.  The attribute title is not correct as it should be Title
