After adding a computer to a scope, users limited by the scope are not able to see the device.
IF the problem resurfaces, follow these steps;
1) Check to see if the user is in the web console or the 32 bit console. If in the web console, does the problem exist if the iser logs into the 32 bit console?
2) run resolveusergroups.exe found in "...LANDesk\managementSuite" folder
3) Check to see if the problem still exists in either/both of the consoles with the affected user
4) Run createlandeskrights.exe in the same folder
5) Check to see if the problem still exists in either/both of the consoles with the affected user
6) If the problem still persists, get a trace of the issue by;
a. removing the device from the scope
b. start a trace as per the following doc; http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-23558
c. stop the trace and send it to your LANDesk support technitian
