"Where Am I?" not working - Unhandled Exception:  Unrecognised GUID format.

    Issue:

    You are in a process record and when you click the "Where Am I?" button you get this error:

    Issue #6639 - Orphaned actions lead to display issues within Process Designer and "Where am I"  -   has been resolved in the 2017.3 release.

     

    Cause:

    There is an orphaned action somewhere in the process.  It will look something like this in Process Designer:

    Solution:

    Deactivate the process, find the orphaned action, delete it, then save and reactivate the process.

     

    Failing that, run the attached script.  Remember to follow normal precautions when running a script on your database (ie, take a backup).
