Scheduler service is missing together with the scheduler tab in configure services after LDMS 9.5 installation

    LANDESK Management Suite 9.5

    Problem:

    The LDMS 95 installation run without an error message, but the scheduler service is missing together with the scheduler TAB in Start > All Programs > Landesk > Landesk Configure Services

     

    Resolution:

    1. Run the command "C:\program files(x86)\landesk\managementsuite\schedsvc.exe /install" (the location of the Managementsuite folder might be different depending on how you installed landesk)
    2. Reboot the core server

     

    This should solve the issue
