Report does not run. "Report file missing or not accessible"

    CSV or XML reports do not run. They return with an error "Report file missing or not accessible". PDF format does run correctly




    This problem is caused by a combination of User Account Controll settings (Windows UAC) and User Account privileges.


    Solution/ Workaround:

    There are two ways to get around this


    Solution 1:

    Turn off User Account Control in the Control Pannel.

    It should be in Control Panel > System and Security > Action Center > Change Action Center settings



    Solution 2:

    Change the Apache Tomcat service's Log On user to a local administrator.

    First go into services.msc and stop the Apache Tomcat service.

    Next, right click over Apache Tomcat service and go into properties. By Default it will have Local System account selected.

    Select "This Account" and fill out the This Account with a local administrator's login information.

    Restart the Apache Tomcat Service, and now when you log back into the web-console you will be able to run the CSV reports.

    You do not need to rebuilt the report.
