Serial Number is Already in Use

    When connecting to an emulation host the error message "Serial Number is Already in Use" appears on screen



    This is caused by a license being assigned to more than one device.


    Solution / Workaround:

    To resolve this issue ensure that the license is not already installed on another device.

    Make certain to have set the correct user limit.

    For example: If an order of 10 licenses were purchased the first one would be 1 of 10, then 2 of 10 etc. Setting two devices with 2 of 10 would cause this error
