I am upgrading my software to the latest version, what is the process for getting my licenses upgraded? (This includes Avalanche Licenses, Telnet Licenses, Studio Licenses, Remote Control Licenses)
When upgrading any Wavelink software to the newer version, a newer version of the license is required. This is a process we refer to as "license exchange/license upgrade" but can only be performed based on your licenses currently being under a maintenance contract. Please contact your reseller or Wavelink technical support.
