"An item with the same key has already been added" when logging new IPC

    Problem:

     

    You are getting he below error message when trying to create a new Incident, Change, Request or Problem.

    Solution:

     

    Most likely you have just made a change to the window that the IPC is using.

    This error message means that the metadata hasn't been updated after the change was made so it still expects the old design to exist, but it can't find it as it itns't the same anymore.

    An IISReset on the Server will solve this issue.

     

    If an IISReset does not resolve this issue try an MDM upgrade on the Framework via the ConfigurationCenter.
