New Smartvue category is not listed on the app

    LANDESK Management Suite 9.5

    Description:

    You created a new .xml and placed it into SmartvueDef folder on the Core

    You then ran LDGather.exe from the ManagementSuite folder and confirmed that the .xml is copied into the Smartvue folder

     

    You grab your iPad or iPhone , launch the SmartVue app and cannot see  the category listed in the menu.

     

    Workaround:

    You need to close the SmartVue app and launch it again.
