    EConsole.log

    Avalanche.log

Found on the system hosting the Mobile Device dServer. It will be found in the \avalanche\service directory. This contains information about the dServer operation and should be obtained whenever there are problems with the dServer or problems with a device (this includes downloading packages, network profiles, etc.).

    Crash.dbg

Found on the system hosting the Mobile Device dServer. It will be found in the \avalanche\service directory. It will only appear on the rare occasion that the Mobile Device dServer crashes or encounters a fatal error and must shut down. Older Log Files Most log files have a size limit. When the system reaches that limit, it creates a new log file and renames the old one (for example, Avalanche001.bak or some such.) Always get the latest log file, if possible. The latest log file is always the one with the names noted above. (Note: You can modify the maximum size of some log files through various settings, but that is beyond the scope of this brief tutorial.) Increasing Logging Levels Occasionally, you may want to increase the logging level to obtain more data.
