    Description: When clicking on the 'Where am I' button in console or web access getting error: 'Unrecognized GUID format'.

    Cause: There are Manual Actions or Automatic Actions on the process that are not linked to anything

     

    This can occur due to design changes or by prior issues with the database. These issues left unused actions by the process behind which the process designer tries to include in it's xml.

    Detection: To ease the detection of potentially affected processes, Ivanti Support created a SQL script to look for two common issues linked with orphaned actions. This script will name the processes and action potentially affected.

     

    Resolution:

    1. Run the attached script to remove the source of the orphaned actions
    2. Go into your process and delete these unlinked actions
