ERROR: Agent Disconnect (Agent out of resources) when using IP Address Pool

    Problem:
    I have cleaned my [Mobile Device] to factory defaults and installed the enabler. It has been added to the correct device group, however, I still get "ERROR: Agent Disconnect (Agent out of resources)".

     

    Environment:

    Using an IP Address pool for a group with 254 addresses. Currently 32 addresses have been statically allocated, with the last one being .254.

     

    Resolution:

    Remove the subnet mask address and enter the default 0.0.0.0. This option is supposed to include the IP Addresses in the range masked with the the Server address.
