Problem with enrolling a smart device on AOD
Known error messages:
Enrollment Failed! – Incorrect ID or Password
Take note of the following steps:
1. Creating an enrollment rule
( Each enrollment rule must have a unique ID, and it is case sensitive)
2. Selecting folder you want the enrollment rule associated with.
(Devices using this enrollment rule will be placed in the folder.)
4. Perfoming a Deployment to send the enrollement rule.
(Make sure you include the folder associated with the rule in the folders that are deployed.)
NOTE: If you do not deploy the enrollment rule or Folder you will get the above error message!
