I can create a URL with parameters in a reminder which works fine. However where I am including an ampersand '&' in the url not all the url parameters are getting through to the third party application as the parameters are defined by ampersands.
How can I escape or ignore the ampersands in the url data within ServiceDesk?
You can replace the ampersand with '%26' (without the quotes). If the ampersand is being added to your url using as placeholder, you will need add a new attribute on to the object and create a calculation so that the attribute has %26 substituted for the ampersand and use this placeholder in the reminder.
