No policies are showing up in the Software Deployment Portal on the client.
Policy sync log file has the following error:
Failed to persist the inventory id to the managed node database.
- Stop the LANDESK Policy Invoker service on the client.
- Close the Policy Portal on the client if it is open.
- Delete all files in the LANDesk\Managementsuite\Database folder on the client. The folder is in the ProgramData folder the client.
- Run "CLIENTDBUTIL.EXE /validate" on the client. The EXE is in the LDCLIENT folder.
- Open the Policy Portal and do a referesh.
