Since Service Desk version 7.6.2 you can add images to HTML fields in Web Access. However, some web browsers are not capable of supporting all the features. The following document details what is and isn't available in each major supported web browser.
Description of Features
Here are short descriptions of the different features listed in the table below:
- Drag and Drop - This is the ability to view a file in Windows Explorer and drag that file directly into HTML fields in Web Access.
- Copy and Paste - This is the ability to copy image data from a graphics application like Paint or Snipping Tool or a word processing application like Word into the clipboard and then paste this into HTML fields in Web Access either via the right-click menu or CTRL+V keyboard shortcut.
- Copy and Paste (Microsoft)- This is the ability to copy a combination of Text and Images together from a Microsoft source (Word document, email) and then paste the combined text and images into HTML fields in Web Access either via the right-click menu or CTRL+V keyboard shortcut
- Resize - This is the ability to resize the image once it is inside the HTML field in Web Access by selecting the image and then dragging the corners.
