Wake On LAN not available (greyed out)

    Problem:

    I can't seem to get the Wake on LAN feature working.  I have multiple Multicast Domain Representatives added.  99% of devices have the two Wake Up features greyed out.  Once in a while I'll see the options available, but they simply don't work.

     

    Any ideas as to what might be causing this?  What's the "right" way to set up Wake on LAN in the management suite?

     

     

    Resolution:

    Sending the packet from the console (via VMWare) was sending it from a different subnet.  The feature works without issue when the customer remotes into the server.
