How do I change the text on the buttons in Self Service?
This can be changed from within WebDesk by any user who has access to System Preferences by following the below steps.
1. Log into WebDesk (This needs to be someone with the rights to make changes i.e. SA)
2. Go to "System Preferences" (this is represented by an icon which looks like a Monitor with lines on).
3. Half way down the page, you will see Self Service Settings, here is where can modify the names of the buttons.
4. Save changes.
