Solution to make custom LDDA Warranty information permanent

    Problem:

    Custom LDDA warranty Data is lost after a full inventory sync can

     

    Solution:

     

    The relationshiptype needs to be set to 99  for the inventory service to ignore the data if it is empty from the scan.

     

    Here is an example SQL Statement.

    Please Note: Table name may vary.

     

    update METAOBJATTRRELATIONS set RELATIONSHIPTYPE = 99 where TABLENAME = 'MP_Warranty'
    update METASYSTEMS set MDMODIFIED = GETDATE()
    
    

     

    Restart the Inventory service after committing the code
