    Scan To Config menu item is missing in the Enabler on an Intermec device

     

    Environment:

    • Intermec device with Enabler 5.3-19, 5.3-30 or 5.3-35

     

     

    Problem:

    • After a reboot the Scan to Config menu is missing
    • After restarting enabler, the scan to config menu is missing

     

     

    Resolution:

    Intermec devices automatically launch the Scanwedge. Checking the box in the enabler for Use Scanwedge corrects this issue.
