Issue: Remote Control Clients are not switching to Gateway mode Automatically

    Issue

    Ivanti EPM agents that are outside the corporate firewall connects to the Core server via the Ivanti Cloud Service Appliance. Remote control client can be manually switched to gateway mode remote control works but are not switching automatically to Gateway mode

    Resolution

    The Cloud Service Appliance need to be reachable from the internet on port 80 to allow the auto switching feature to work.
