    LANDESK Service Desk version 7.7.1 was released on April 1st 2014.  This is a full release with various bug fixes and enhancements.

    For customers not yet using Service Desk 7.7 please contact your account/sales/partner contact to obtain the new license file required for Service Desk 7.7 Support will not be able to provide you with the software or license but can assist in finding who to contact if you are unsure.

     

    Hotfixes for Service Desk 7.7.1

    A cumulative hotfix for Service Desk 7.7.1 is available to customers with a current maintenance agreement here: Service Desk 7.7.1 Cumulative Hotfixes.

     

    It is highly recommended all customers apply the first hotfix for this release.
