LANDesk Data Analytics: Software Store - Error returned = Out of licenses

    Problem:

     

    When trying to access packages in the software store the customer is receiving the following message:

     

    "Application scheduling failed, please try to reschedule or contact your help desk.

     

    Error returned = Out of licenses"

     

    Resolution:

     

     

    Reactivate Managed Planet using the Data Analytics activation tool (ManagedPlanet.Activate.Client.exe ) found in the ManagementSuite Directory
