Trouble viewing email content when using Samsung devices with Android OS

    Any version of LetMobile


    Problem

    You have enrolled your Android device into the LetMobile server, and you can see your emails, but when you click to open an email you see a blank screen.

     

    Solution

    Make sure that "show images" is enabled for your email account on your Android device.

     

    This option is found under the email app's Settings -> Account Settings -> [choose the protected account] -> More Settings.
