ConnectPro is not reconnecting

Version 1

    Enviroment:

    Wavelink ConnectPro server 4.4.1

    Wavelink Terminal Emulation Client

     

    Problem:

    Devices that have been rebooted, or had the battery changed are unable to reconnect to their session. End user is just stuck at an X-Wait screen until the session is manually terminated.

     

    Termproxy log may reflect the even as seen below:

    Solution/Workaround:

    This can be caused by using both a Reconnect-Buffer and a Reconnect-String. The hostservice should be setup to only using either one or the other.
