Enabler error: Agent Disconnect "Bandwidth Limit Reached"

    Environment: Avalanche v4.8.1, v5.0.219, Enabler connecting to the Mobile Device Server.


    Problem: When the devices are trying to connect to the Mobile Device Server they are receiving an error message Agent Disconnect "Bandwidth Limit Reached".


    Solution/Workaround: Stop the Mobile Device Server and restart it for any of the Mobile Device Servers with the issue.
