iOS devices show white or blank email after enrolling in LetMobile

    Problem

    After you have successfully enrolled your iOS device in LetMobile, the emails appear white or look blank.

     

    Solution

    Be sure that you have the "Load Remote Images" option selected in your iOS Mail App Settings. This option will be found under "Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendars" on your iOS device.
