Reports keep loading in the Crystal Server Central Management Console or fail to load for an unknown reason

    When you try to view any report in the Central Management Console, the report is not loaded correctly. The below message is displayed in the viewer but the report is never loaded. This even happens with SAP Sample Reports.


    Error: "Please wait while the document is being processed"

    French: "Traitement du document en cours. Veuillez patienter"


    The same problem can also happen if you get the error "The viewer could not process and event. The number of simultaneous reports jobs was limited to XX by the system administrator. Please try to reconnect later. [RCIRAS0542]" and if you are not running the number of simultaneous reports indicated.




    This can occur if the Crystal Reports designer tool is installed on the same system as Crystal Reports Server.



    Remove the Crystal Reports designer application from the server where Crystal Report Server is installed and restart the server. SAP recommends to use the report designer from client machines only.
