Description: Sometimes due to several factors a remote console may not uninstall properly. When this happens it may be necessary to clean the installation off and start again from scratch instead of re-imaging the machine. This article is not a guarantee that it will fix all problems removing the console but more of a guide on what pieces to remove to reset the installation.
1- If present uninstall any LANDESK Agent with "uninstallwinclient.exe /forceclean". The reason for this is that several registry keys and files are going to be removed which may damage the agent. The agent can be re-installed once the console is working. How to uninstall the Ivanti / LANDESK Agent for Windows
