How To: Enable LANDESK Data Analytics Updates Definition Type  by License

    Issues:

    LANDESK Data Analytics Updates Definition type is missing on LDMS 9.5sp3 core server and higher

     

    Prerequisite Condition:

    ** Applies to LDDA 9.52 and higher running on an LDMS 9.5 sp3 core and higher.

     

    New to LDDA 9.52 and above is content updates delivered via LDMS content(Patch) manager.

     

    In order to enable LDDA content you have to have the following installed on your LDMS 9.5 or 9.6  core.

     

    LDMS 9.6 With LDMS 9.6 SP1

        Note: LDDA 9.6 ship with LDMS 9.6 and all DA SP updates are included in LDMS Service Packs

         OR

    LDMS 9.6 With LDDA 9.6 SP1 or later

        Note: LDDA 9.6 ship with LDMS 9.6 and all DA SP updates are included in LDMS Service Packs

         OR
    LDMS 9.5 SP3 With LDDA 9.6 SP1 or later

         Note: LDMS 9.5 SP3 requires that LDMS 9.5 be installed prior to installing the service pack.

     

        *** Please note that with DA it is recommended to always run the latest version of DA. You can find out what the latest DA is by reviewing the Product Downloads page or DA's Landing Page.

     

    Resolution:

    In order to enable LDDA content , we can check if below item is in the license:

    LANDesk Data Analytics SS, if this is not in the license, please ask for license team to add then in.

    Then activate the core server again, and launch the console again.

     

    LANDESK Data Analytics Updates should be there :
