- You're prompted with an internal error Code "12019".
- You're experience slow or lagging web page responses that may also result in a timeout page.
- Your screen freezes.
- The issue is caused in Internet Explorer when a network response takes too long. During the "blackout" period, both TCP retries and ARP fail to receive responses from a network or server
- *Additionally, this issue may sometimes be prompted by an invalid web certificate.
- Check the network, firewalls, and servers between the host and the device
- Validate your web certificate.
