CETerm: Can I prevent my users from changing the terminal configuration settings?

    You can password protect the configuration settings so as to prevent the users from changing these settings. You can also prevent the user from exiting the application. The screen video shows the same steps as below to set a configuration access password.

    To set a configuration access password, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Session -> Configure -> Options -> Advanced -> Access Control
    2. If required, check “Hide Start Bar” checkbox
    3. Tap the Set Password button and enter a configuration access password. Hit OK
    4. Check “Disable App Exit” checkbox
    5. Tap the “Exit Now” button in the Advanced Options dialog.
    6. Launch CETerm. If you go to Session -> Configure, you will be prompted for an access control password
