Problem / Solution: Error message "An error has occurred" when trying to login in BridgeIT

    Error message:

    The error message is "An error has occurred"


    When you try to login in BridgeIT with a user, you may get this error message as shown below;




    This is a role or group privilege issue.


    Solution / Workaround:

    I resolve this by adding the following privilege to one of the user's role; "System - Non-Process Related Object - User Network Login" > READ Access only

    I could be another type of role, but this is the one which worked in this case. Don't hesitate to share otherwise.
