    CETerm 5.7

For VT emulations, certain host applications can query the VT terminal for a text message answerback response. This response may be used to identify the terminal.

CETerm provides a way to configure the answerback text string as per your VT host application requirement. Default is a Naurtech copyright message string. This is configured under Session -> Configure -> Connection -> Advanced -> VT Options -> Answerback Message.

To append an "Enter" action in the Answerback string, you can simply append \x0D.
