    LANDESK Service Desk version 7.8.3 was released on October 6th.  This is a full release with various Problem fixes and enhancements.

    For customers not yet using Service Desk 7.8.X please contact your account/sales/partner contact to obtain the new license file required for Service Desk 7.8.X
