Removing Rogue Calls from the database using MS Access
Open up MS Access
Select Blank Database
Click on Create
Click on New
Select Link tables and click on OK
On 'Files Of Type' select ODBC Databases from the list
Click on the Machine Datasource tab and select your HelpDesk\SupportCenter datasource
You will then see a list of tables
Highlight the following tables and then click ok\open:-
Open each table in turn and delete the row for the rogue call, this may only be in 1 or 2 of the listed tables and unlikely to be in all 3.
Then Exit Access saying no to save changes to the table layout.
Then test fully in HelpDesk before accepting as 'live'
