Difference between Primary and Current Group

    There are two group attributes on the user object, Primary Group and Current group which are displayed in Administration.


    The Current Group maintains a record of which group the user is logged in as currently in order to ensure that the queries and shortcuts by group are for the correct. This can be changed by the user when they click change group button on the toolbar.


    The Primary Group is used by the customer company handler and filter on windows to ensure appropriate values are selected for auto completion.
