Blank Subject Line in inbound email does not create a new Incident

    Problem:

    Blank Subject Line in inbound email does not create a new Incident

     

    Solution:

    The Title line is Mandatory and therefore needs to be filled in. If this is not filled in the sender of the email will receive an automated email back saying that their email could not be logged as a new Incident. Instead use a template to fill in the subject line if left blank.
