    How do I add new categories into my response level matrix

    Answer

    To do this you go into Administration, Service Level Management, Response Agreements.  Locate your response agreement that you want to modify under the relevant area (e.e. Incident Management - Incident) and then double-click on it.  You then get the option to manage rules under the Action tab.  You are then able to Add or Modify rules as required.
