When searching knowledge gets the message "exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" on all or some client machines. Full error is:
"Could not load file or assembly 'vjsilb, Version=184.108.40.206, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d0a3a' or one of it's dependencies"

It needs the Visual J# 2.0 runtime component which One Touch doesn't install but local console installs do. Until this is fixed you need to run this component manually on the client off the knowledge CD either core or active

On later versions of the product this is located on the ServiceDesk Suite CD in the \VJSharpRDP folder.
NOTE: If you are running on a 64bit server (and your version of Service Desk is supported on 64 bit - check supported platforms manual) then you will need to install the \VJSharpRDP\64 bit version.
